WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK - June 15, 2006 - Members of Westchester Arc, the largest agency in the county serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, elected new officers and directors to its board during the agency’s annual meeting, held on June 13 at the Crowne Plaza, White Plains.
