David Boies, chairman of the law firm of Boies, Schiller and Flexner LLP, was honored at A Matter of Taste 3 on October 17 at the Westchester Country Club. The event raised over $90,000, surpassing earnings from previous years. Over 250 supporters attended the festivities, during which 19 of the county's top restaurants prepared culinary delights. More than 50 wines from the world over complemented the dishes.
