Function as a consumer instructor. Assist in developing and implementing community based/in house consumer programming in accordance with the needs, preferences and desires as per the individuals Service & Habilitation Plan. Maintain health and safety standards within facility including physical plant. Requires H.S Diploma, successful completion of OMRDD approved SCIP training, medication certification and CPR/first aid certification.
Work with a person with developmental disability in their home. Provide individual with assistance in acquiring and maintaining life skills that enable the individual to be independent. Activities are based on valued outcomes in accordance with the individual’s service plan. Requires H.S. Diploma.
Provide comprehensive clinical services to the individuals assigned. This includes psychology & social work services & coordination of individual benefits. Provide assessment & evaluation on the basis of testing, record review, & direct contact with consumers. Provide programming for purpose of active treatment team & work in cooperation with the consumer, guardian, family members, RN, QMRP, Residence Manager, day program staff, Program Director, and consultant staff. Masters Degree in Psychology or Social Work and must be a QMRP.
Develop, design, organize, and implement community based consumer services in accordance with consumer needs, preferences and desires. Create community based options for consumers which will include volunteer, recreation, and employment activities reflecting a person centered model that serves a small group of consumers. Maintain program standards in accordance with OMRDD regulations and agency policy, mission and philosophy. College degree with 6 years related work experience, and supervisory experience preferred. NYS Driver’s license, working knowledge of OMRDD regulations and waiver services and ability to problem solve, handle emergency/ crisis situations required.

As a member of Quality Assurance, works with in-house MSC staff and personnel from other agencies to insure compliance with federal and state standards through the review of ISPs. Develops and manages policies designed to insure compliance with regulatory standards. Provides training to agency staff and advises senior management on compliance issues and standards. BA degree, strong computer skills, full time access to a vehicle required. Knowledge of HCBS Waiver and MSC preferred.
Part time or full time Occupational Therapist to work with Preschool children with developmental disabilities in early childhood community settings. Pediatric experience required. New York State appropriate licensure required.
Responsible for providing the necessary assistance for a designated child in a self contained class or a community nursery school to facilitate
The child’s full participation in the program. Ability to work under the direction of the classroom teacher. Assist child with dressing, preparing
Lunch, and one to one activities upon teachers request. H.S. diploma required. Experience with young children desirable. Ability to work in a
Collaborative environment and follow directions, essential.
Assist the teacher in carrying out all activities of the day. Structures and implements activities of self care for 6-8 developmentally delayed preschoolers. HS Diploma and some experience with young children required.
Evaluation, direct therapy and consult therapy to children as specified in their IEP or IFSP. BA degree, NYS Occupational Therapy License and experience with children required.
Obtain and coordinate paperwork necessary for submission of SEMP application. File paperwork and maintain case records for
White Plains Support Employment. High School Diploma with some college preferred.
Provide direct support to individuals in a residential setting. GED/HS diploma and a NYS Drivers license for 3 years.
Handle all areas of recruitment for the Residential Department, including interviewing and referring qualified applicants to all the vacancies in the Residential Department. Monitor and follow up on all referrals on a regular basis. Develop outreach recruitment, participating in job fairs both in schools and or community organizations. Serve as a co-Coordinator for the Diversity Committee. BA degree in a related field preferred with some knowledge of human resource policies, procedures, and some employment laws relating to recruitment.

Work affectively with individuals, families, other department directors, and staff as well as individuals and groups in the community and organizations. Ensure services are provided and documented as per regulations and agency policy and billing requirements are met. Participate in strategic planning and accomplishments. Promote self advocacy, choices and empowerment of individuals living in each. Assigned residential setting. Must have Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related human services. Or Registered Nurse Licensure plus significant previous supervisory and clinical experience.
Provides diagnostic, evaluative and therapeutic services for a broad spectrum of speech disorders for developmentally disabled adults.
Participates in completing and updating the Comprehensive Functional Assessment. Provide in service training to staff as needed/requested and
or assigned. Must have car and NYS drivers’ license. Must have considerable knowledge of OMRDD regulations. Professional- Graduation
from an accredited College or University with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology. Licensed and currently registered as a
speech Pathologist by New York State Department of Education as a person eligible for licensure by virtue of holding a certificate of clinical
competence.
